Geriatric Psychiatry

Geriatric psychiatry treats the psychiatric, biological, and cognitive changes associated with aging adults. These psychiatric conditions can include delirium, dementia, mood disorders, anxiety, sleep disturbances, substance abuse, psychosis, chronic illness, and disability. In these CME activities, clinicians will learn how a multidisciplinary neuro-psych team can often best support these senior patients.
